MetaTechGalaxy LLC Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within [3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

3. International Shipping We offer international shipping to [Europe, Canada, Latin/South America]. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MetaTechGalaxy LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also create an account to check the status of your orders at anytime with ease.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes We do not ship to P.O. boxes currently. However we are working to expand out shipping processes in order to accommodate P.O. Boxes & APO/AFO addresses as we look forward to serving our men & women in active service.
